SC06, under the theme "Powerful Beyond Imagination," will be held November 11-17, 2006, in Tampa, FL.

HPC Storage Challenge Now Accepting Submissions
The HPC Storage Challenge for SC06 is now accepting submissions. So far, we have already received several inquiries from likely participants. Please note that a team's Notice of Intent to participate is due May 22, 2006 and the Project Proposal is due July 31, 2006. While the Notice of Intent is not required in order to participate, we would still very much like to receive one; it will help the HPC Storage Challenge committee better plan its activities. A complete description of the HPC Storage Challenge for SC06 and submission guidelines can be found at the website listed below and the submission database can be found at https://ssl.linklings.net/conferences/sc/2006/

Good luck to all teams and have fun!
